Zambia march for Freedom,go out and Vote!!

Zambia's Republican President Rupiah Banda should not take advantage of Chiefs and traditional leaders as Zambia braces for the 2011 General elections,President Banda has dedicated his time going around the country to seek support from Chiefs, elders and traditional leaders in his unpopular bid for re-elections without making any effort whatsoever to address the needs and expectations of the Zambian people.
I strongly believe as it has been said before that the traditional chiefs and leader should not be financially and publicly support by the Office of the President because they will be prone to undue Influence and will be under Duress to please their financial backers in this case the current government, instead the chieftainency should be under the parliamentary committee on local governance and Housing and Chief Affairs.
Traditional Chiefs exert alot of influence on their subjects, enough influence to favourable turn around during the general elections and swing things infavour of the corrupt ruling MMD government.
What Mr.Rupiah Banda needs to do is concentrate on addressing allegations of corruption, election vote rigging, vote buying and intimidation of voters. We as a people should do everything possible to prevent voters Aparthy,we should prevent the violence and thuggery brought on by MMD Cadres who fear losing an election and we should make sure the Elections Council of Zambia and MMD Leaders who are tolerating such behaviour are answerable to the people.
I appeal and encourage my fellow Zambians, men and women of legal age to soldier on and join civil societies that will monitor re-democractization of Zambia,a place where a person will be feel to voice his opinion without fear of persecution,i want to encourage lawyers, accountants, bankers, scholars, nurses, civil society advocates, human rights activists to go out vote,Zambia needs your vote because freedom is on the march, but i also appeal to the middle class citizens to go out and educate our less knowledgable friends and family who will sell the vote for financial considerations,a bag of mealie meal or some form of illicit liqour as has happen so many times during elections in the past.
We need change,we need a government for the people by the people,we need a government that will eradicate corruption in Zambia once and for all and maybe then Zambia will become a model for Africa.
I hope after 2011,we the people will hold responsible the men and women who have stolen from the poor masses, government officials like ministry of Health senior officials who stole $6Million(U$ Dollars)of ministry funds, money that would go a long way towards the fight against H.IV.
We the people should elect a government that will bring to justice past and present government leaders that have stole public funds and assets,we the people should ensure Ex-President Frederick Chiluba is held accountable for the $50Million(U$ Dollars)he defrauded the people of Zambia,as a citizen of Zambia i continue to fight to ensure the MMD officials and it's leadership stop with the human rights abuse, falsible arrests of human rights activists and unjustifiable attacks on Opposition members by thuggish MMD cadres as evident in Kitwe.
Mr.President will be answerable for the misuse of the Central Intelligence department to pursue and target those that have a different political opinnion like Father Frank Bwalya of Change or Die Zambia and the Citizens Forum members who have now been forced into exile.
Go out and vote, but vote wisely because the future is in your hands,i believe Zambia shall be saved,do not entertain vote buying by MMD or any political party, please don't let poverty and unemployment make you compromise your integrity and principles, report MMD Cadres and officials like senior member Vernon Mwaanga who are well known to buy votes to independent Monitoring Teams, and Civil societies.
